Heavy Rain Storm hit Kyoto !

Kyoto has been hit by a terrible rain storm these days. But the damages in Kyoto were not as big as those in adjacent prefectures such as Shiga where lake "Biwa" is - the largest lake in Japan.

Water level of Kamo river which runs from north of Kyoto down to the south was about to cause flood. I hope the global warming will be reduced in the coming years.
